Although The Serpent is a free, non-profit site, we hold the right to remove and ban users from the system should we feel it necessary and without warning.

Policy involving Minors:

The Serpent is viewed by all ages groups, however, there is minimal content that may be unsuitable for under 18's. This will only be in the form of offending language, views or postings made by our visitors.
